In this second Fireside Chat, former Best Buy CISO, Deb Dixson, will interview Alex Schuchman, CISO at Colgate-Palmolive. Having joined Colgate-Palmolive as his second job out of college, Alex has seen the company transition over the past two decades and the growth within the information security program. Taking the reins as CISO last April, he has quickly made an impact on the organization — revamping from an MSSP approach to building a team from within; bringing in his experience of running an incubator to the role; using storytelling to engage with the board; and building an internship program to help with talent. Join in on this conversation and hear what Alex would do differently in the “If I Knew Then What I Know Now” section.
