Third-Party Risk: Securing What You Don’t Control

Most organizations today depend heavily on vendors, SaaS tools, and outside partners, but the way many companies manage third-party risk hasn’t kept up. Traditional checklists and one-time assessments don’t really capture how risk shows up in modern environments.
This panel will bring together security leaders to talk about how they’re approaching third-party risk differently, especially in cloud-first environments, with AI embedded into tools, and supply chains that are harder to see end-to-end.

The focus will be on what’s actually working: getting meaningful visibility into vendor risk, cutting through the noise to prioritize what matters, and putting controls in place that go beyond your own network. Panelists will also share how they’re moving past static questionnaires toward continuous monitoring, clearer accountability, and faster response when issues arise. Attendees should leave with practical ideas for strengthening third-party security, without creating unnecessary friction for the business.
