The RH-ISAC Regional Workshop Series is coming to Los Angeles! Hosted by Skechers, the program will include interactive discussion sessions , a featured threat briefing from a sponsoring organization, and  the sharing of leading practices  from RH-ISAC members in the region. Join other practitioners from retail and hospitality companies for a day of professional development and networking with peers.

This event will be held at Skechers’ corporate office. Light continental breakfast fare and lunch will be provided by RH-ISAC to all attendees. A post-workshop happy hour will be held at a nearby restaurant/bar. Attendees are encouraged to attend to celebrate the day with a drink and light bites.

  • Attacker Trends and How We’re Adapting: Adversaries are evolving and tactics and techniques are constantly shifting. Skechers will discuss some of the recent trends seen in the retail industry and their own environment, along with controls they’ve put in place to help stay ahead of attackers.

  • RH-ISAC Intelligence Overview – Engagement, Platforms, and Services: A subject matter expert from our intelligence team will review the current state of intelligence sharing in the community, the services and value proposition of the intelligence team, and the current threat landscape as reported by the RH-ISAC Core Membership.

  • More than IOCs – Structured Threat hunting on Curated Intelligence: A session on methodology to extract content from curated intelligence and identify indicators of attack and behavior. This session will introduce the mapping of tactics techniques and procedures to the Diamond Model and extended Kill chain using Mitre ATT&CK.

  • The Art of Data Security: Protecting Your Most Important Asset
