RH-ISAC 2024 Regional Workshops Sponsorships

Opportunity for solution providers to demonstrate expertise and engage in focused networking with cybersecurity practitioners from retail and hospitality

Program Overview

The RH-ISAC Regional Workshop series is built by members for their retail and hospitality cybersecurity practitioner peers throughout the globe. By hosting in-person gatherings, we’ll bring together intimate groups of information security professionals to network and learn from one another.

Each workshop is hosted by an RH-ISAC Core Member organization. Attendees spend the day learning from their industry peers in a mix of thought leadership presentations and facilitated and open forum discussions. Attendees share practical strategies for enhancing their cyber practices in an informal setting. These workshops include time for networking during lunch and a post-workshop happy hour or dinner.

Our 2024 Regional Workshops are designed to deliver timely insights for the retail and hospitality sectors on key areas identified by our member community including: security operations and maturity, threat intelligence, tool implementation, and automation, and third-party risk and vendor risk management. Each workshop is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

2023 Highlights:

The 2023 series included seven workshops, hosted PetSmart, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Colgate-Palmolive, Expedia, Nestlé, Natura &Co, and a workshop hosted at The Hospitality Show.

RH-ISAC Regional Workshops provide the exclusive opportunity for a leading solution provider to demonstrate expertise and engage in focused networking with cybersecurity practitioners from retail and hospitality. As a sponsor for one of the RH-ISAC Regional Workshops, an expert from your team will deliver a 20-minute presentation on industry trends and related risks, spotlight practical best practices, and provide actionable insight related to today’s most relevant cyber threats impacting our industry.  Multiple packages in inventory

Entitlements

  • Recognized as an exclusive sponsor for one (1) RH-ISAC Regional Workshop[1]
  • A practitioner or security subject-matter expert from sponsoring organization will provide a 20-minute briefing, thought leadership presentation, or help to facilitate a discussion among attendees[2]
  • Sponsoring organization will receive two (2) additional access passes for the lunch and post-workshop networking happy hour[3]
  • Sponsoring organization will be recognized as a contributing sponsor of the post-workshop networking happy hour or dinner
  • RH-ISAC will give away a prize on behalf of sponsoring organization (approximate value $300)
  • Sponsoring organization may provide high-quality giveaway item to all attendees[4]
  • Sponsoring organization may submit one (1) unique thought leadership piece to be featured on the RH-ISAC blog webpage[5]
  • Sponsoring organization logo will be included on hangtag for RH-ISAC attendee thank you gift
  • Sponsoring organization logo will be included on all associated marketing materials
  • Sponsoring organization will receive contact information, including name, title, organization, and email address, for attendees electing to receive the post-event communications

[1] Workshop will be determined based on availability and regional preference of sponsor

[2] Practitioner speaker from sponsoring organization and session content must be approved by RH-ISAC in advance.

[3] Non-speaking sponsor representatives are invited to attend the lunch, their sponsor briefing, and the related happy hour. Other presented content is not available for sponsor representatives.

[4] Sponsor agrees to provide a minimum number of giveaways to correspond with number of event attendees.

[5] Non-sales content, final copy and publication determined by RH-ISAC Marketing team.
