RH-ISAC Expands Member Engagement Team with New Member Manager and Program Director

The RH-ISAC recently added two positions to its Member Engagement Team to accelerate its program of products and services for members.
Amy Tate has joined as program director with more than 14 years of experience in program management and leadership for the technology services industry. She has a consistent track record of managing large and complex projects from initiation to closing and has worked with all levels of management. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she is currently responsible for member engagement at the RH-ISAC and the implementation of project management tools and techniques for the delivery of RH-ISAC programs.

Amy holds two Executive MBA Degrees in Global Business from ESADE University in Spain and Georgetown University in Washington, DC. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University in Decision Science and Management Information Systems.

Lea Lubag joined RH-ISAC from the Global Resilience Federation (GRF) as membership manager and is responsible for managing membership growth campaigns and strategizing new markets for expansion.

Lubag had previously been connected to the RH-ISAC at its inception, leading the effort to standup member onboarding and member technology processes for the organization in 2015 while contracted with the Financial Services Information Sharing & Analysis Center Sector Services division (FS-ISAC SS). Lubag worked for FS-ISAC SS (which became the Global Resilience Federation in January 2018) in a variety of roles, culminating as program manager, where she oversaw all program operations related to membership development, marketing outreach and events, and helped lead and facilitate the bi-weekly analyst threat call. Before joining FS-ISAC, Lubag worked in member services for the Association for Psychological Science.

“With these additions, we continue to demonstrate our single-minded mission to create the team and the programs that will best respond to – and serve – the changing landscape of the RH-ISAC membership,” said Jennifer McGoldrick-Stenberg, vice president, Membership & Operations.
