Vienna, VA — May 20, 2021 — The Retail & Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC) today announced the election of its new board chair, vice chair, and secretary:
- Rich Agostino, senior vice president and chief information security officer at Target Corporation as board chair;
- Chris Zell, vice president and head of information security at Wendy’s Company as vice chair; and
- Lauren Dana Rosenblatt, vice president and chief information security officer at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) as secretary.
RH-ISAC treasurer will remain the same with Dave Estlick, chief information security officer at Chipotle. The election of new officers was predicated on the promotion and job transitions of past officers: Colin Anderson, chair; Dave Spooner, vice chair; and Grant Sewell, secretary.
RH-ISAC is also pleased to welcome Jason Stead, chief information security officer for Choice Hotels International, to the board as he carries out the three-year term vacated by Colin Anderson. The two remaining seats are up for re-election this year and will be filled at the annual elections held in the fall.
“Although we are saddened to lose three great board members, two of whom have been with us since the beginning, we are pleased to have Rich, Chris, and Lauren Dana serve as officers on our Board of Directors,” explained RH-ISAC President Suzie Squier. “Their experiences in cybersecurity are exceptional and their dedication to collaboration and sharing will enable us to continue providing invaluable resources for the retail and hospitality industries.”
Squier continued, “We are eager for Rich’s continued guidance as board chair and look forward to his strategic direction and input to help us continue to lead the way as the retail and hospitality industries information sharing and analysis center.”
“RH-ISAC’s mission has never been more important as cyber threats increase and businesses undergo further digital transformation. Target has been a partner of the RH-ISAC since the beginning and I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished together so far. I’m excited to continue to serve on the RH-ISAC board with a great group of peers passionate about collaborating and strengthening cyber security in our industry,” stated Rich Agostino.
